We are dedicated to processing orders expeditiously. As such, orders will ship within two (2) business days of purchase. Orders will ship to United States locations (including Alaska and Hawaii) and APO/FPO ONLY. Unless otherwise noted, all items will ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail with tracking. Tracking information will be provided to you within one business day either by email or through the purchase information on the website. Delivery estimates will be available with the tracking number provided when the order is processed and are calculated by the courier. General delivery estimates are listed below. The expected delivery date from a courier does not come with a money-back guarantee from the courier or Southeast Outfitters.

The most accurate estimate for the delivery of your purchase will be available with the USPS Tracking Number you will receive when your order has been processed and shipped. Returns, Refunds, & Replacements
We offer a 30-day, money-back guarantee for new, undamaged, unused, and complete items in their unopened and original factory packaging. These products may be returned, at the buyer’s expense, for a full refund. We are not responsible for lost or damaged products shipped back to us by the buyer. We will issue the refund once we receive and verify the item is unopened, undamaged, unused, and complete, and in its unopened and original factory packaging. Privacy & Security
All firearms sales by Southeast Outfitters are final. By purchasing a firearm from Southeast Outfitters, the buyer is acknowledge and confirming that he or she may legally purchase and own the firearm in their state, county, city, and/or other location. Firearms will only be shipped to current Federal Firearms Licensees. Other, non-firearm products in the same order will be shipped to the buyer at the address provided at checkout. When purchasing a firearm, buyers will be required to provide contact information for the Federal Firearms Licensee to whom the firearm will be shipped to complete the transfer to the buyer. (Transfer fees or charges may be assessed by the Federal Firearms Licensee when completing the transfer with the buyer.) In the event of an incomplete transfer (e.g., due to a NICS Background Check denial), a 20% processing fee will be assessed to the refund to the buyer.
Some products sold by Southeast Outfitters are restricted in some jurisdictions. Restricted products will NOT be shipped to jurisdictions where they are restricted. If a purchase of a restricted product is made and is to be shipped to a jurisdiction in which the restriction exists, Southeast Outfitters will refund the buyer and notify the buyer that the refund has been submitted and that the order has been cancelled. Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment is required at the time of the sale. Payment methods are dictated by the payment gateway - Humboldt Merchant Services. Payment processing will be completed by the payment gateway. Pricing is subject to change at anytime without notice. Pricing changes to items in a Customer's wishlist or shopping cart are non-negotiable. Promotions are only valid for the advertised timeframe and for the advertised product or products. There will be NO rain-checks or other arrangements after the terms of a promotion expires.
If an order is placed with a created account, the order, its information, and statuses, may be viewed anytime on the website. Orders placed WITHOUT an account (orders made as a 'guest' on the website) may not be visible on the site, and information may not be available to Customers if they request it.
Updating Account Information
Account information may be updated at any time. It is recommended that any information to be changed should be updated prior to submitting an order. Southeast Outfitters is NOT responsible for any problems with shipping that arise due to information being updated or not being updated prior to, during, or after, a submitted order.
